A CLOSE FRIEND HAS SHARED THE REAL UPDATE ON SHANNEN DOHERTY’S HEALTH AS SHE CONTINUES TO FIGHT TERMINAL CANCER.

It’s really tough to see someone close, like a friend or family member, fighting against cancer. Even when they win the battle in the end, the whole experience is very hard.

Cancer is a tough thing for the person dealing with it, but we don’t talk as much about how it affects the people who care about them. Luckily, most people have a group of supportive friends and family to help them through the difficult times of facing this awful disease. Relying on each other is crucial, and the strength and support from loved ones can make a big difference.

In June of last year, actress Shannen Doherty, who is 52 years old, shared some sad news. She told everyone that her stage four cancer had spread to her brain. People from all over the world expressed their sympathy and sadness for her.

Shannen, known for being in shows like Beverly Hills, 90210 and Charmed, was first told she had breast cancer in 2015. She got better after treatment and went into remission two years later.

Sadly, in 2020, Shannen went on Good Morning America to tell everyone that her cancer had come back, and now it was at stage four. She said, “It’s going to come out in a matter of days or a week that I’m stage four. So my cancer came back, and that’s why I’m here.”

When Shannen Doherty found out about her cancer spreading, she kept it a secret for a year. She said, “I don’t think I’ve really understood it. It’s a really tough thing to accept in many ways.”

It must have been an incredibly hard year for her, especially because she kept her serious diagnosis to herself while working on a reboot of BH90210.

She only told a few close friends, and one of them was Brian Austin Green, her co-star from Beverly Hills, 90210.

During tough times, Shannen had moments where she felt really anxious and thought she couldn’t handle it. Brian was the first person she told about her situation, and he always supported her. Before they started filming, he would call and say, ‘Whatever happens, I’ve got your back.’ He would encourage her, saying, ‘We can handle this, kiddo.’ So, Brian helped her a lot during that time.

In a recent interview with the Herald Sun, Brian Austin Green shared an update about his close friend, Shannen Doherty.

He said, “We talk all the time. She’s an incredibly tough person. If there’s anyone who could fight against cancer, she’s one of them. It’s not an easy situation, obviously, but I love her a lot. And she’s making the best of it.”

Shannen Doherty has been praised for being very open about her experience with cancer. She shares updates with her fans, letting them know how things are going every step of the way.

In June of last year, Shannen Doherty shared a video of her first radiotherapy treatment. She explained that on January 5th, her CT scan showed cancer had spread to her brain. The video showed her getting fitted for a mask used during brain radiation.

She expressed her fear, mentioning her claustrophobia and the challenges in her life. Despite the tough situation, she felt fortunate to have great doctors like Dr. Amin Mirahdi and the amazing techs at Cedar Sinai. She said, “This is what cancer can look like.”

Let’s send our prayers and support to Shannen Doherty! Also, thoughts go out to Celine Dion after a recent health update.
