She also said she felt an ‘added pressure of what people were saying’ when she starred on SBTB.
Appearing on the Good Instincts podcast from Dear Media, Tiffani told host and dietitian Shira Barlow: ‘I think people will say things, you know, and maybe expect me to look a certain way, yes.
‘But I mean, it’s just not realistic. I can only age the way I’m going to age, right?

In 2020 she shared a swimsuit photo when she was conducting ‘research’ as she embarked on a ‘character study’ ahead of her Saved By The Bell reboot.
The star dug up an old swimsuit picture of herself from the original run of the sitcom, which ran from 1989 to 1993.
Tiffani captioned the picture: ‘#tbt #research #characterstudy,’ adding a heart emoji.
During the show her character worked as a lifeguard and the swimsuit look Tiffani posted to Instagram was the uniform for that job.
The reboot lasted only two seasons.
She dished to Hollywood Life that she thinks the key to staying in shape is to not ‘panic’ if you gain a little weight.
‘What is panic going to do?’ she asked. ‘They say stress actually adds pounds, so if I stress it’s going to be worse, right?’

She added that she ‘always tries to live her life in balance,’ which includes the way she eats. She shared: ‘I’ve never been one to go extreme either way [with dieting].
‘I’ve never been one to eat bad all the time and I’ve never been one to always be healthy. I’m like an 80-20 per cent kind of person.
‘I try to be because I love food. I love to cook… Eating a salad three times a day is not always what I want to do. So, I think it’s all about balance.’
