Bruce Willis’ Wife Urges Everyone To ‘Please Stop’ After ‘Dumb’ Claims Demi Moore Moved In With Them Surface

Just days after imploring the media to leave her husband alone, Bruce Willis’ wife appeared to have shot down reports that the star’s ex-wife, Demi Moore, has moved in with them.

Bruce is one of the most legendary Hollywood actors of all time. He is most famous for his roles in action films, including the “Die Hard” franchise, as well as notable roles in “Pulp Fiction,” “Armageddon” and “The Sixth Sense,” among other films. During his nearly 40-year career, Bruce showed off quite a diverse set of talents, as he appeared in films and television shows in a variety of genres and even showed off his skills as a singer.

On top of that, Bruce is also adored for his amazing qualities as a husband and father. Bruce first married actress Moore in 1987, and the two had three daughters together: RumerScout and Tallulah Willis. Although they divorced in 2000, they remained good friends and great co-parents.

In 2009, Bruce married model Emma Heming and they went on to have two daughters together, Mabel and Evelyn Penn Willis.

Tragedy struck when in 2022, the star was diagnosed with aphasia, a language disorder caused by damage in a specific area of the brain that controls language expression and comprehension. In March of that year, his family announced he was retiring from acting and banded together around him to love and support him through his difficult transition. They came together once again to break the devastating news that the actor had also been diagnosed with dementia in February 2023.

As rumors continued to swirl around Bruce, reports surfaced that Moore had allegedly moved into the home her former husband shares with Heming in a bid to help care for him. On Mar. 8, 2023, Heming took to social media to address the speculation.

On March 4, 2023, Heming, 46, shared a video on her Instagram calling on the paparazzi to keep their distance from as well as stop yelling at Bruce, 69.

The model said “there’s still a lot of education that needs to be put forth” about individuals living with dementia, but admitted how “difficult and stressful it can be to get someone out into the world and to navigate them safely.” She recounted an incident when Bruce grabbed coffee with friends and was harassed by photographers attempting to speak with the ailing actor.

“This one is going out to the photographers and the video people that are trying to get those exclusives of my husband out and about: Just keep your space. … I know this is your job, but maybe just keep your space.”

She added:

“For the video people, please don’t be yelling at my husband asking him how he’s doing or whatever — the ‘woohoo’-ing and the ‘yippee ki-yays’… just don’t do it. OK? Give him his space. Allow for our family or whoever’s with him that day to be able to get him from point A to point B safely.”

In a second video posted two days later, Heming said:

“I truly appreciate all the love and the understanding as to why my husband should not be followed. But the outlets that are picking up this story of my plea are the same outlets that are publishing these pictures of my husband.”

She continued: “If there’s no market for this type of content, then he wouldn’t be followed.” Heming made it clear that she is “not trying to go head to head with the media, because I will lose,” rather she just wants Bruce “to be able to participate in his life to the fullest. That’s it.”

On March 8, 2023, reports surfaced that Moore had purportedly moved into Heming’s home to help care for her stricken ex-husband. According to a source who spoke to RadarOnline.com, the “Ghost” star “has moved in, and she is not leaving until the very end.” The insider added:

“At first no one outside the family could understand what Demi was doing living with her ex and his new wife, but now it makes sense. Demi has been a rock for the family and is determined to make sure every day Bruce has left on earth will be filled with love.”

The outlet cited another source who insisted Moore had “never left” since their two families had hunkered down together during the lockdown phase of the pandemic.

“Now Bruce will leave before she does,” the second insider alleged.

However, soon after the claims were published, Heming took to her Instagram Stories to refute them. On a screenshot of one report’s headline, she added her own comment that read:

“Let’s nip this one in the bud. This is so dumb. Please stop.”

While it’s hard caring for a loved one battling dementia, it’s harder still to be forced to do it in the public eye. Since speaking out against the press, Heming has garnered sympathy and praise for holding strong. One comment on Instagram from a concerned fan said it all:

“People who have not experienced this have no right to exploit him in this way. Totally infuriates me as they don’t understand that he is still a husband and father and deserves respect. Taking care (of) a person with dementia is the most difficult thing to do as you watch the person you love the most disappear in front of you. Sending love and prayers to you all.”
