Everything to Know About the Reagan Family Return in Season 14 of ‘Blue Bloods,’ Including When the Final Episodes Will Run
Tom Selleck, Donnie Wahlberg and the rest of the Reagan clan will return for more stories of the NYPD when Season 14 of ‘Blue Bloods’ premieres.
One of the longest-running police procedurals in television history, Blue Bloods will return for its 14th season this coming February now that CBS has announced its winter 2024 schedule, but the sad news is it will be the series’ final season. The 14th season will be split into two parts: Ten episodes will air starting Feb. 16, and then the final eight episodes will run in the fall of 2024.
“For the past 13 years it has been an honor and a privilege to work on a show that not only celebrates the men and women who protect and serve in New York City, but also displayed the importance of family,” said series star Tom Selleck, who plays NYPD Commissioner Frank Reagan. “Working alongside these incredible actors, writers, producers, directors and crew has been a dream come true and I’m grateful to have been a part of this extraordinary group for over 275 episodes. Thank you to CBS Studios and CBS Network for their steadfast support and we offer heartfelt gratitude to the fans who gathered with us for dinner every Friday night.”
And even as it’s labeled a police procedural, the truth is Blue Bloods is more of a family drama, the family being the Reagans, the first family of New York law enforcement, with Selleck starring as Police Commissioner Frank Reagan as well as the patriarch of the family as father to Danny (Donnie Wahlberg), Erin (Bridget Moynahan) and Jamie (Will Estes).
Here is what we know about Season 14 so far:
